I cant seem to find a way to test the harness side of the range sensor.. i went ahead and just bought a range sensor because of the code but it is still the same. Trans shifts through gears while sitting there so now im stuckon how to check wiring. Its probably something as stupid as a bad solder joint somewhere..

Are you talking about the VSS?

 

no. Range selector, gear position switch, park/neutral safety.... ive seen it called all 3
