My '96 Honda Accord has over 185 k miles on it but runs like a top. Problem is sometimes it will not start. It cranks but will not turn over. Recently I found if I turned key till dash lights came on,, allowed some of them to go out and then turn key to start it started. But today no effort resulted in the car starting. Please help.
