Default my 1998 honda civic is leaking coolant from the bottom of the radiator.

My 1998 Honda civic suddenly started running hot, while idling, and then lost all coolant once car was stopped. I attempted to replace the coolant but it all just went straight through to the ground. Any idea what part is causing this to happen?
