Default Extremely loud rocker arm ticking noise

I'm in need of some serious help,

My 95 Accord (F22b single overhead cam, non-vtec) was getting oil in it's spark plug wells, and so I pulled the valve cover, took the rocker assembly off, replaced the gaskets, buttoned everything up, but the rocker arms sound like they're hitting the inside of the valve cover, it's crazy loud. I pulled it back apart inspected everything, retorqued everything again, but keep ending up with the same results. It runs smooth for a second and then starts going crazy. One thing I noticed is that I can move the cam back and forth from where it sits, I can't rotate it, but push it left and right. Another thing that concerned me is that the arms arent fully on top of the valve, some are lined up exactly, and others are a tad to the left or right, not too far off, they're still making contact with the valve, just not how I'd like it to.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!! I hope my post was detailed enough, let me know if there's any more info that would help.

Here's a video of the sound:

Remove all the spark plugs. With the valve cover off, manually have someone turn the crank while you check for wherever it's binding.

Did you accidentally unscrew any cam holding bolts ?

One step that everyone misses when removing the rocker assembly is backing off all of the valve adjustment tappets before doing so. Sometimes if these are not backed off you can jam them up upon reinstalling the assembly. If you didn't do a valve adjustment or didn't noticed one of the tappets jammed up before you started the engine. You may have bent something in the valve train. This may explain why some of the tappets are no longer lined up with the valve stems.

Do as Holmes said and check for anything that is obviously loose or binding in the valve train. Check the valve clearances as well. You may have an adjustment nut that backed off and is way out of spec.
