I'm fairly certain I threw a rod, something went bad in the bottom end. There's a lot of nocking and vibrating on start up and it'll idle very low. If I hit the gas the engine will stall after I lift off my foot. I'm going to take it apart and see if I can find what's wrong. Any ideas as to what could be wrong? Any recommendations as to where I should get new pistons and rods from for a gen2 b16a jdm engine?

 

rods are the same as the USDM b16a, pistons are different, search for P30 pistons, usdm are PR3
