Hey everyone.
I'm in the process of completing a JDM GSR swap in my '93 del Sol. I was wondering if anyone knew if it is possible to use either the d16z6 power steering pump (56110-P02-A02) or the d16y8 (06561-P2A-506RM) in place of the GSR (06561-P72-506RM) power steering pump.
Thanks!

No, you cannot use the SOHC P/S pump... unless you custom make brackets to bolt it to the block/head. The DC2 P/S hose should work with the Del Sol rack... and if not, see if the high pressure fitting works with the GSR pump. If it doesn't fit, then you need the other GSR P/S pump. There are two different high pressure fittings: a smaller diameter offset fitting and a larger diameter centered fitting. I cannot remember which is which off the top of my head, but one fits the '94-96 GSR and the other fits the '97-01 GSR.
If you have to go pump hunting at your local pull-a-part... take a picture of the Del Sol high pressure P/S hose end at the pump end, and then compare that pic to the P/S lines you find at the junkyard. LS/RS P/S pumps will work too... just the upper bracket is different. Anyway, once you find a match... note the year of the Integra chassis so that you can get a pump (assuming the one in the car you found is already gone). If not, take that one and run.
