I got a rear rack thingy and the front PS rack. I got the PS pump etc too. Is this possible.

I can get the rear LCA to swap over but are they gonna bolt up with minor mods?

that 4ws steering from honda wasn't actually the best idea they had... it didn't work that great on the prelude and i don't see why you would need it for your crx..... i can make a u turn on almost any residental street...

Doesn't it only work up to 25mph anyhow? Are you really having that many problems parking your crx?

I don't think it would realistically work. You could probably do it, but not without serious modifications to the rear of the CRX. Those two cars use a different radius arm, etc.

Do none of your punctuation keys work? I had to read that about 3 times before I got it.

Ok well here is the run down

The reason I would be doing this is because have you ever seen one?

It actually keeps the back end stable during hard cornering.

I believe it works at all speeds as there is no computer.

The steering works like so

if the front wheels are turned to go left lik \ \ then the back whhels are / / to not like \ \ both ways.

I looked at it for a while and saw that all there really is is 2 hydraulic lines and this big steering box.

I see how it can all work but the two problems would be. Mounting the PS pump, and getting the rear steering rack to clear the gask tank.

I will be attempting this on my next CRX which i hopefully get this week.

If anyone has any ideas why it wouldnt work post em up. WE can see if we can solve this.

Dont say why you would want it cause we dont know how good it is untill we try it. I see the physics behind it and could be a great upgrade in the future.

I also have a 92 Si4WS. The 4WS does make a difference everywhere. The only things that I don't like about the 4WS is the response time. I wish it was better. The only other thing about 4WS is parallel parking can be a bitch if the spot is tight. Because if you back in when the front is in the back is out because the wheels are turned. I think they should have a switch to shut it off.
Here are some facts about the electronic 4WS:
Speeds under 18mph the wheels turn opposite higher speeds the wheels turn in the same direction.
If your brake light is on for more than 5 mins the 4WS will shut off and light will come on.

If you have 3 or more people in the care and you are spiritedly driving the 4WS will shut off but the light will not come on.
