Daily driver? Mobil 1 High mileage Full synthetic
Race car? Royal Purple Synthetic oil
Most likely in 5w30 or whatever you oil cap / manual says.

there is no right answer to this question
in my experience my b16a consumed much more oil with Mobil 1
With the royal purple from walmart it barely uses any
