Default Civic after running fine for months

Ill keep it short. The car was driving Perfectly fine until yesterday. I turned off my car in the drive thru because I couldnt hear them over exhaust and when I tried starting the car It was completely dead. I tried jumping it but once I turned to on I hear the main relay and the buzz from the Fuel pump but when I try to start it It clicks once and dies
Spark plugs: 2 months
Distrubor cap: 1 month
fuel filter: 2 weeks
Spark wires 2 months
Ign coil: 2 months
Battery: 4 months
Alternator: unknown
I want to say battery but the car has been driving just fine for the alternator not to have been working and I have been driving around all day until that happened at the drive thru

Make sure battery cables arent grubby looking. Also clean your ground wires with sandpaper, on trans, near driver headlight, and main battery negative
