Alright guys i have a 1995 accord. F22b1 automatic. The car starts most of the time. Every now and then it will not start at all. Also when the car starts it overheats within 2 minutes. The car will show that it is overheated but you can put your hand on the radiator cap and it is not hot at all. The fans also turn on as soon as the key is turned on. I have replaced all the temp sensors and thermostat. I also replaced the fuel pump which was weak.
Also I was thinking that it would only not start after a good rain so I removed the ecu today and looked inside of it and it was dry. I also started the car and put water all over the distributor and it continued to run smooth. Please help me. I cant think of anything else.

update: went out to the car this morning while it was raining really bad and found this.
So now im thinking this is my starting problem. I also think that the ecu may be causing the gauge to show hot so quick.
