2005 Honda Civic SI EP3 will no start (no turnover)

2005 Honda Civic SI EP3 will no start (no turnover)
So far i've replaced the battery and the starter so no issues there.. when the key is turned there is a faint clicking noise that comes form the fuse box under the hood and from the general area that the abs system is. Any ideas? So far i'v checked all the fuses and replaced the battery and starter.
