can use the right hand car transmision and engine for the left hand cars??
On a Honda the engine sits the same whether its LHD or RHD. Actually I haven't seen a car that changes the motor location due to where the steering wheel is. So yes, you could easily grab a RHD motor and trans and swap it into a LHD car.
The harness is the only thing that is different as it routed differently. I think you should just be able to de-loom it and reroute it.
The engines and transmissions are basically externally identical to the LHD version. The engine harness is however almost a mirror image, typically you'll keep the original harness and cut up the RHD for connectors as needed, almost always the RHD is cut up anyway when you buy a JDM engine swap.
