Default Oil in my spark plug chambers

I noticed my ATR was studdering when 5k+ revs, and studdered in the Vtec. I pulled out my plugs and saw they were drenched in oil, and the HT leads. So I cleaned the plugs up and put everythign back together, and the car drove loads better, but not perfect, but miles better.

Anyhow, upon researching a bit, I see it most likely the rocker cover gasket leaking oil in? I came on here to get some extra advice, and what exactly i need to order to fix it properly, as im not sure if i just need the rocker gasket, or do i need some O rings too?

thanks guys

Rich V, what year/engine are you? on my '94 LX (F22B2 engine) there are actually two sets of seals/O-rings that can do that. One set are in the valve cover assembly (1/tube, total 4) and the other is set of O rings that go between the head and the rocker arm assembly (1/tube, total 4). note: you do not need to pull the head to replace those O rings, but you do need to remove the rocker assembly. It's not hard, but that task requires some care.
Failure in either seal will cause oil in the spark tube.
It depends on your engine, though.
in any case, you also need to make sure the spark plug boot/coil unit has not been damaged. Engine oil, esp at temperature, will cause the rubber to swell and weaken, then break down.
Hope this helps.
