Default Squeeking sound when I fully turn steering wheel- car on '00 Accord

Hello, 2000 Honda Accord 2.3 F23a1 here- 215k miles.

Just did a timing belt job and replaced my drive belts as well. When I fully turn the steering wheel I am getting a squeeking sound. It only occurs when the steering wheel is fully turnt. Otherwise the belt is quiet. I wouldnt normally think this would be a tension issue but being that it is not squeeking otherwise? I will further iterate that it only squeeks when the steering is turned all of the way. It most definitely sounds as though it is coming from the Power Steering pump area. What do you all think?

Thanks in advance!

grab the belt on the longest side about midway and try to twist it with just your thumb and index finger, it should twist about 90 degrees, if it's twisting more then it's probably too loose

Oh yeah she's a bit loose. I swear I had it pretty tight; Must have stretched? Do you have any advice to get this p/s belt tight? It doesn't have a tensioner so from best I can tell I just try to hold it tight while I tighten the fastener where the p/spump pivots.

thanks!

There is a square hole in the body of the power steering pump. Use a 1/2 inch breaker bar to adjust the belt tension.

Good luck,
Sam
