Car: 2000 Honda Civic 4dr

My power windows weren't working on all passengers doors expect my driver. Speakers weren't working too. So after farther inspection the wires were falling out the plug. So I cut both plugs on the front. Replaced with good ones. No everything works. EXCEPT my driver side window now doesn't work. The attached image shows several power windows wires.

00 civic 4dr what? Dx, lx, ex... power lock, no power lock, keyless entry or no keyless entry..
then match up according to the chart.

 

My car is a 99 lx power windows, locks, and mirrors. No keyless entry. So is that #3 meaning yellow/black wire?
