So if you take an average sedan with a uni body and remove all the parts that are bolted on, such as the hood, body panels, wiring, doors, wheels, suspension components, interior, engine, transmission, axles, subframe, windows, and everything else that bolts on, approximately how much would the stripped car weigh? I know that it would be impossible to give an exact weight without knowing what the car is, but what would your best estimate be? Thanks

 

This question is so vague that there's really no intelligent way to answer it. Every car is so vastly different, that spit-balling every chassis without doing research in the product would be a complete waste of time. Much like this thread.
