So I purchased a mugen 4-2-1 header for my b18c type R jdm teggy..bought a high flow cat and still searching for the right exhaust ...just looking for feedback on the header and possibly some suggestions for the exhaust.

 

Why not a Mugen Exhaust system? Other than that, what you're asking for is vague.

Nothing else is worthy of being attached to such a manifold.

 

I built a 2.5" system with a glasspack for a resonator and a knockoff twin loop muffler. Not too loud, not too flashy.
