Is this even possible guys ? I've read a few thread about the RL calipers being installed on the 95 accord but with some kind issue do not sure if we already found the solution and no clues on the fitments of TL-S calipers .

The RL calipers will work with a Fastbrake adapter and Nissan 350Z rotors. You will have to find the proper wheels with enough clearance so the caliper doesn't hit the spokes. And they need to be at least 17".

 

Do I need to change out the spindle/knuckles or anything ? Or the stock will work just fine with Fastbrake adapter ? Also , this 95 accord has 4 lugs not 5 so not sure if that gonna anything to it .

 

You will need to convert to a 5-lug setup to use the Fastbrake kit.

 

You can convert your 4-lug accord to a 5-lug using the knuckle/spindle from the 1st gen odyssey's. I did see one person who did the swap say they had to bore out the center hub hole of the 350z rotor (track edition/brembo brakes). I guess the hub hole on the odyssey is 70.1mm and the 350z is a 68 mm.

Best bet would be to convert using Acura CL V6 parts. 98 or 99. Fastbrake makes a shim for the 64mm hub to bring it up to 68mm.
