So I'm thinking this is the fuel tank filler neck with a leak, but wanted to get opinions. As title says - I'm getting code 1456, and then last time I filled up, the pump never clicked off after it should have (to be honest I wasn't paying much attention), and suddenly there was fuel spilling out underneath the car. A replacement neck isn't too expensive & it looks like a straightforward job. Should I just replace it and see if that fixes the code (I already replaced the gas cap - code still there)? Car is running fine, I'm guessing it only leaked when fuel was filled up into the neck.
