i have a 2003 honda civic with a d17a1 block non v tech it is showing a p0401 code but there is no egr valve on this engine i am trying to figure out wat the problem could be wen the CEL comes on it will drive fine as long as i dont go over 3500 rpm after that it acts as if i am hitting a rev limiter
