I have a 2000 honda accord ex 2.3 vtec. it acts like the catalytic converter is plugged and has a massive air leak. the entire exhaust is only a year old and I replaced it with an oem system. The research I've found suggests it's the vtec solenoid. in addition it seems to be an intermittent problem.
