It's probably easy, but I've never done it before, so just wondering if I should look out for anything. I know there are four mounting tabs on each headlight so I know I have to remove the bolts off those mounting tabs, but is there anything else? Also does the car need to be lifted to remove the bolts?

Remove the front bumper cover and you'll have complete access to the headlights.

No jacking up or lifting is needed....unless you don't like bending over and being on your back.

 

Whole front bumper has to come off ... which is bolts on the top .. and on the sides in the fender well you have to break lose ..... pretty lame when you got a aftermarket fiberglass front end ):

even more lame when someone shafted you with a 98+ headlight for your 94-97 style front bumper and you have to take it off and put it back on twice

 

its rather self explanatory after you get the front bumper off....

its pretty easy to do if you hit a euro van head on at 55 mph..
