Engine head just been refurb from an over heating issue. Oil was changed . Now car has a p 2646 is there an easy fix

 

Check your VTEC assembly screen as well as the front passage screen and clean if necessary. If they do not appear to be clogged, you likely have bigger problems... and it may be a missing dowel pin in the rocker arm system.
