Default Idle climb after JDM swap. Need help please!

I did a manual conversion 2 years ago and am running a manual OBD2A ecu. It's been a smooth ride for the last 2 years.

My stock original motor got 320k so I figured it's time to swap. I had a JDM F22B that I bought for my wife's 94 Coupe but she ended up crashing the car.

So in went the motor.

I had dizzy issues because of crank sensors and stuff but I've done the full conversion and everything is good.

Motor cranks beautifully, idles great when in neutral after start.

Here's the issue.

When I let off and get out of a gear, the idle spikes to 3k and stays for 3-6 seconds then drops to 2k and stays. Once I'm in gear again, idle is normal but as soon as I hit the clutch, spikes again to 3k and drops to 2k and stays.

At anytime I can turn off the car and start it and the idle goes back to normal, 700-800rpms steady.

Until I got the throttle in a gear.

I've disassembled and cleaned the m entire intake manifold, replaced all gaskets and the TPS, IACV and FITV have all been cleaned.

No vaccum leaks at all. No CELs, coolant topped off and system bled of all air. Fresh oil change maybe 200 miles ago. I reset the vase idle after I installed everything and calibrated the TPS to .45 CT and 5.0 WOT and the problem persists.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
