Dammit, I don't think I can join you guys again this year. Still sorting out the unexpected issues since purchase. These issues have taken out a lot of the fun of owning the car and dealing with discontinued parts make it tougher. My car is down unless I can get an ITR exhaust manifold in time or some GSR engine stiffeners and associated clutch cover.

 

I have a JDM header that you are welcome to use and/or purchase.

Whats the deal with the stiffener and clutch cover?

 

C'mon boys and girls! There HAS to be some more R owners within 3-4 hours driving distance of the southern tip of Jersey! Let's get this thing going.....

Threw up a new post on IG. Last call to grt final head count so we can begin preps. Please reply here or on IG if you are coming or need more info.

 

What time will you guys be there from? I have work but get out around 130 and this location is like an hour or so from me.

 

This will likely be an all day thing. We'd like everyone there around 1 so we can bbq, cruise, chill. You are welcome to show up any time after 1.

Just a few thoughts/notes on the venue:

• Drive SLOW as you turn on the single lane road leading to the venue - it's a lil bumpy in spots
• We will put up some signs directing you where to park which will be on a grass covered field right next to the house
• There are some short hiking trails along the lake so bring some appropriate footwear if you plan on checking them out
• Keep in mind this is PRIVATE property - please respect it!!
• Feel free to bring a fishing pole -- it's a bass lake
• PM me if you want my cell phone # (in case you get lost etc)

The weather looks like it will be amazing!! Really looking forward to seeing everyone and meeting new people in the R community. Drive safe and see you Saturday!

Keeping an eye on the weather forecast and trying to make a "go" or "no go" decision shortly..... We will have shelter etc so not sure who would still be up for dodging some rain.
