Default Changing my fuel lines for 1993 Honda Civic

I'm working on a 1993 Honda Civic DX (Sedan) Manual Transmission. I'm replacing almost everything in my fuel system including the 3 steel fuel lines. I got almost all the under car clips/guides taken apart (for the fuel lines and brake lines) except the one that's partially under the car and partially in the engine compartment. The trouble is there is only a small hole for where it goes into the engine compartment and I can't access the other half of it. How do I take off the Fuel Rail/Guide that is right before the engine compartment? Do I need to remove the subframe to do it?
