got an '02 civic that is driving me crazy. Power steering is sucking air. Started off boiling over the reservior so i replaced both the o-rings from Honda. Still bubbling after bleeding lock to lock. Steering works fine until i hold rpm past 2500rpm then it bubbles out the res cap. Replaced the reservoir, then the ps pump itself. STILL bubbling. No visible leaks anywhere on any hoses so its ONLY sucking in air. Replaced feed line from reservoir to pump, nope! ANy ideas? Everything is new and still boiling over. Not sure where the air could possibly be coming from.

 

Which o rings?

 

both feed line and pressure line orings on pump. Got orings from Honda. New rack installed also, no visible leaks anywhere. High side Line and return line flare nuts torqued to spec and not leaking/seeping fluid still reservoir overflows so air is getting in somewhere and only after 2500rpm. Cleaned and checked hard lines for pinholes, dry as a bone.
