Default F20B swap radiator fans

I have a 95 accord with an f20b swap, using a chipped p28 ecu. When at idle (or speeds lower than 20ish mph) the temp gauge slowly rises up, but I always either turn off the car or continue driving before it overheats

The radiator fans don't seem to kick on, any ideas on why not? I feel coolant moving through the hoses, and they're got, so the thermostat is opening, but the fans don't kick on.

If I end up having to re-wire the fans, would it go to the ECU, or is there a separate unit/controller for the fans?
