I just got myself a daily, I need to tune this turd up so that I can rely on it. Does anyone have any tips? I have planned on the usual: plugs, wires, cap, rotor, brakes, timing belt, fuel filter, air filter, oil. Any thing else? As it sits, the car dies at idle after being warmed up, thinking it's the warm idle that needs to be turned up a bit. But the tune up will also help, I'm hoping.

 

Are you tuning up for street racing against other civics, integras, eclipse's? Or are you getting it ready to race Paul cogeeshell from power xtreme who has the FASTEST honda civic in the world.?!

 

the car is just a daily driver, I'm not going to spend more than I have to so that it will make it to work and back. My civic needs more attention! When you are ready to run the civic let me know. There is no SK2 product that can help you

ahh.... yea I forgot about the tranny fluid. Anyone have an idea about the car stalling after being warmed up? it's kinda tempermental, an irritates me like none other.

 

Have you checked the vacumn advance? Ignition timing? Vacumn leaks? Is the choke opening all the way?
