2004 leak

I have a 2004 Honda CRV that leaked on my foot at the accelerator the first week I had it and the dealer had no clue. Not so bad over the years but bad again. Fix? thanks

Issue may be due to bulkhead not properly sealed. See this thread in regards to the service bulletin I posted.
