Default Newly acquired: H22A Type S, NEED YOUR HELP!

Hello all

So im picking up a H22A Type S powered 94 accord EXR, the engine has around 200,000k in it and im going to be changing all the fluids, engine oil, coolant, transmission oil, maybe power steering and brake fluid as well. Can anyone reccomend a good shop to bring this to i am in the Toronto area. Also if i decide to do the engine and tranny oil myself what can you guys reccomend for oil types/brands, and oil filters. I dont wanna bring this to a regular shop and have them put in something sub par. I want this engine to stay health for years and years. What should i do? Any input at all is highly appreciated, i do not deserve a car this bad *** so i really really want to do my best to keep it running healthy.
