Default 98 cabin harness versus 00 cabin harness

Does anyone have any idea what the difference is between a 98 ITR cabin harness (part #32100-ST7-P71) and a 00 ITR cabin harness (part #32100-ST7-P72?) Or is anyone able to confirm that there is no difference? The 98 harness has been discontinued or I would just buy it new.

My car's harness was cut by thieves. I can pick up a 00 harness but I want to make sure I won't run into any issues. Thanks!
