Default Rubbing Sound

I recently got a 2001 civic LX. Car is completely stock. I have a rubbing Sound coming from the back when I make left and right turns.

At first I thought it almost sounds like when a dust shield is touching the rotor but the car has drums in the back.

Car just passed safety and there's no play in the rear wheels so I don't think it's a wheel bearing.

Any help would be appreciated.

Could be an alignment issue or your tyres, are they worn evenly? but most likely its a wheel bearing. Yes, they can fail after only 94k KM's
