Pacific Northwest Honda Street Garage - checking in!
Hi all!
I'm excited to be a part of such a great resource for all things Honda. I've been a longtime reader (since 2001) and a fan of Honda since well before that. I've come here over the years and found the most valuable info searching through the troves of excellent threads by seasoned Honda enthusiasts. I'm here to finally say a little about myself. I've worked as a mobile audio / video installer back in high school and as a mechanic for a number of years, joined the military and continued to tinker on cars as a hobby, I went to college thanks to the Post 9/11 GI Bill and now currently reside back in my home state of Washington and couldn't be happier. I've recently picked up my latest Honda, a 1996 Acura Integra LS coupe automatic, which I "told" myself this is not to be a project, but simply a commuter car and admittedly a nostalgia item. When I attended secondary school, this car was something I had wanted but never owned. Now I have one and it's all mine.
I'm joining here to share my modest bits of knowledge with this community and hopefully inspire some fellow enthusiasts along the way! I've gotten quite a bit of seat time over the years in autocross and hillclimbs and enjoy nothing more than participating in a weekend outing of racing (with lots of sunblock and water ). Feel free to ping me with questions regarding autocross brackets, car setup, tech inspection, performance driving, etc.
Lastly, here is my current Honda, these pics along with more, and a few of my previous cars are in my albums:
