Have had only Honda's for my family since 2005: 4 Civics, a Fit, and "accidentally", an S2000.
Most recently (as a non-mechanically inclined type), been trying to recover a 2005 Civic Lx manual from a loose alternator bolt (and found a *VERY* helpful post about a burnt-out-ECU as a result of the loose bolt, and even better, how to replace the ECU without the "usual" dependence on the dealer to reprogram the new ECU for the "old" VIN and keys... though, I haven't finished the ECU repair/replacement yet because I'm lousy at soldering and de-soldering... I'll update to *that* post with my results once I get 'em).
