Default New K24A1 - Is this Noise normal from the Block?

Just rebuilt a K24A1 with Arias 8.8:1 Pistons and eagle rods. Added a K20A2 oil pump.

This is the third start-up as I work out the kinks, still have not driven, or revved.

There is a lot of noise (almost banging) coming from the block. Does this sound normal?

Sounds almost like either a rod/main bearing, it's fairly faint right now though.

Did you plastigage all the bearings and check their clearances before the install? Kinda left field and I'm just taking random shots now but check your pullies too and make sure they're all torqued properly and spinning freely.

Machine shop handled the block/piston/crank assembly so I'm trusting the bearings are seated correctly. He used new OEM bearings.

I'll check the pulleys. I know the crank pulley is torqued correctly.

Send the video to the machine shop as well and see if they have any ideas on it.
