Rattling timing belt tensioner, timing belt and water pump 3.5/3.0 engines.
I have 08 Pilot, but engine is the same V6 Accord engine. At 92k miles timing belt tensioner failed and started rattling. I replaced it. Do you suggest replacing timing belt and water pump at 92k?
Any common problems with timing belt/pullies/water pump?
Everything is fine and put together, but I bought timing kit already.
I bought aftermarket timing kit, which probably has pullies and water pump lower quality than OEM. If I replace everything at 92k miles, I am not sure what would last longer, old original pullies and water pump or aftermarket ones.
