I've made sure the seat is slid all the way back and I can fold the seat back forward without issue but when I pull the strap on the back of the seat bottom, the seat does not tumble forward. I'm guessing the latch is not being released when I pull the strap. Does anyone have any tips?

I'm not sure how the seats in the 2010 are designed but if they're anything like the '02 seats there should be a cable with a spring attached to the latch. You'll have to get under there with a flat head (or similar) and play around with it. You might have to pry a little on the latch. The spring might have come off... happened to me before. Kind of a pain in the butt to put back on.

To to get to my latch/cable/spring I had to remove a couple of trim pieces on the rear bottom of the seat. Assuming it'll be the same for you.
