My daughters CRV has 219,000 miles, with religious syn oil changes every 5K - any thoughts on engine life? Trans life?

 

A good friend of mines (former honda tech, use to work on their crv from time to time) neighbor was somewhere around the 400k-500k miles on their CRV (I forgot the year, but it was 02-06 range), this was three years ago, I have no idea if it is still going. The engine, transmission and a majority of the vehicle were original at the time.
