Turbo K-swap EM2?

Do people ever turbo k-swap em2's that often? I don't think I've seen any myself. Would there be a reason behind that?

It happens rather often. I know of 3 in Wisconsin alone. Most of the time, owners get gun-shy about spending the money on k-swapping EM2's and choose the easy route out and get a faster base car.
