Default 2005 CRV Rear Brakes

Rear brakes will not bleed, period. No issues with front brakes. I disconnected the flexible hose from caliper and from the rigid line in the rear wheel well and used compressed air to blow it out. Thick jelly-like fluid came out. Reconnected everything and still no change with pedal or getting anything out of the hose at the bleeder nipple. Followed the hard lines under the driver's seat area, where they disappear into the under body. Where do they come out, so I can repeat this process further up the line? I assume the rear lines are clogged somewhere?

UK Spec – Brake pipes from rear go into a four way union located just under the bulkhead and then to the ABS pump.
