This guy on craigslist is letting them go real quick, anyone know what they are? He said they were on a 2010 civic, will they fit a 97 civic? Need new springs but they don't look like china knock offs. He said they might be megan racing coilovers but he doesn't know. Camber plate picture included.
The 2010 Civic's front suspension is a macphearson strut, 88-00 Civics use a double wishbone, the struts slide into a fork, opposed to bolt to the knuckle. Not interchangable. If it helps your information those are adjustable-height struts and also include tophats that allow for 'camber adjustment' so when you lower your car a lot, you alter the angle the wheel contacts the ground.
These are for the 2006+ Civic. I know, I build coilovers for a living. What brand, China made 100 percent. Won't say brand. Will not fit your car, your car is has a double wishbone suspension. You need a setup from an EK, you can fit the EG, and DC2 coilovers on your chassis by using 2 thick spacers in the rear on each rear lower mount.
