Default 1998 civic ex NEED HELP PLEASE

Can someone please help me with this problem I am having so I have a 1998 civic ex d16y8 with headers and straight pipe I have no secondary 02 sensor everything else is stock and I have been driving with this setup for 2 months while throwing a cel for the 02 sensor with no issues what so ever one day I'm on the freeway and I'm doing about 80 and all of sudden starts losing power and turns off on the freeway I coast off and it won't start open the hood and it's overheating never had over heating issues before So I let it cool down and of course it won't start I get it towed home i replaced then distributor and it starts but idles low and has no power and stalls when I push the clutch in. compression check was good replaced all the spark plugs same problem so I replace the fuel pressure regulator, fuel filter, and fuel pump advanced the timing all the way on the distributor then I test drive it again while it was cold and it ran good didn't stall when push the clutch in and let it idle at the light by the time I get around the block the same problem starts happening again stalls when I push the clutch in the car will idle fine when I turn it on and will rev like it's fine when I'm not moving and also it's running really lean someone please help Im thinking maybe now it's the ecu but I'm confused at this point and I don't want to keep throwing money in the car for no reason

Compression check was 180 180 170 170 and all fuel components got replaced because we found out it was 10 psi short on fuel pressure and it's throwing code po141

Are your gauges working properly? because its odd that it took you to open your hood to realize it overheated.

redo compression, do leak down as well. issue seems to be tied to the overheat.

checked cam/crank alignment lately?
if that checks out hit it with a timing gun.
if valve clearance hasnt been checked within 2 years
then have at it.
