I recently changed my rims from the stock 13" steelies to some 17" plus a wheel alignment on my 1995 Honda Civic. However I found that over bumps, holes, and even turning in corners the car makes this awful creaking noise from what I think is the rear area. I was told that I need new rear springs and struts. Do you think It could be something else that has to do with the suspension?
