Where do i get a new car? any suggestions

Im looking for a new car with these specs:
Honda Accord (duh)
Under 50k miles
EX preferably
manual tranny
lots of options
97-03
under $15k

blah blah blah,

any suggestions where to look? or any suggestions in buying at all.

how bout a car dealership, maybe a honda place near you, autotrader? just a thought

the 97 is the tail end of the fifth gen.. there are several ppl on here that have great 94-97 cars for sell. even some with the h22 done already. take a look and see if you cant find someone near ya, from the board
