Hi all, I'm in line to inherit quite a bit of cash in August this year. I have bills to pay like student loans and credit cards, but I'll still have a bit left over after that. I'm looking for a civic or crx near me. I realize it's a month and a half away but I figure I'll try to gain interest right now. I do have a lot of stipulations however.

1st off you must come to me. I don't care if you're 5 miles or 500 miles away you have to bring the car to my door step. I will not come to you. Again you get cold hard cash in your hand and I will pay a premium for shipping. If you're not too far you can have someone follow you and you drive the car to me, or rent a uhual and a truck and trailer it to me, I don't care how you do it, it must be done. I am not opposed to you listing the car on ebay with a buy it now, then having me buy it, and then I'll set up third party shipping with ebay so neither one of us get screwed due to ebays protection policies.

Okay now with the hard part out of the way, this is what I'm looking for. I'm not in the market for a show car or a fully modified race car. I'm looking for mainly stock cars, but I don't mind a little bit of mods or engine swaps as long as it's tastefully done. If you got stickers all over the car or some other millennial bullshit like that I don't want it. I want a daily driver car, it could need some work but its got to run, drive, and stop. It's got to have as little rust as possible! Very hard to find a rust free one but thats why I'm posting here. Bad paint, torn up interior, crappy tires, stuff like that doesn't bother me too much but if it's rusted to the point of no return that's a no-go. Also if you have aftermarket seats in the car forget it. I like stock honda seats.

I'm going to go ahead and say I hate sunroofs but most of the cars I want come with them so I might be stuck. For a CRX the only ones I want are 1st gen HF's or a 88 or 89 HF. No DX, No Si, no 90 or 91's. I also like 92-95 civic ex SEDAN manual trans. No 96+, no coupes. I'll take ANY clean 92-95 hatch as long as it's manual trans, sunroof or not. I would prefer a VX hatch for gas mileage but I won't be picky here. I'd also like a stock Si hatch though I hate the sunroof and Si's are rare. For older EF's, I'll take any type of body, hatch, sedan, or wagon, as long as it's an 88 and manual trans! It MUST be an 88! No 89, 90, 91's!. Also on the EF's they cannot have a sunroof, period. That is one area where I won't falter, I don't even want an 88 Si hatch because it has a sunroof. I might consider 92-95 del sol Si's in good shape but I don't really like targa tops. Also I might consider clean 94+ manual trans integras WITHOUT sunroofs, coupes or sedans doesn't matter to me. I believe the integra's without sunroofs were the RS model, so that's what I'd consider.



Okay about price, I'm willing to spend upwards of 4,000 maybe a little more for shipping. I figure this should get me a nice clean stock example. I realize 4,000 isn't a whole lot of cash to deal with all my demands, I mean if I was buying a s2000 with 10k miles on it for 25,000+ they might be understandable but it is what it is.

Again I don't have the cash now but will in August, a month and a half away. If you get me all interested in your car and we set everything up for August, but then you go ahead and sell local before hand I won't be salty.
