I have twice replaced my fuel pump 2001 Civic. I only drove the car once with the new pump. I put in all new gas and cleaned the tank. Any ideas why? I get power to the plug at the pump. The power comes on a few seconds and then cuts off. There is another pin that has power all the time when switched on. All three other pins have no power. The pump will not come on. Will the pump come on if out of gas? Does anyone know the power pin configuration?
