Default How much and what is needed to tune OBD1 Accord?

I have always been intimidated and steered away from messing with my ECU's. My f22b1 is getting rebuilt and I want to add a little power. I have intake, stage 2 clutch and 11 lb. flywheel and plan on purchasing a more aggressive camshaft regrind, adjustable cam gear and header. I know thats not big power but with the cams, a tune will definitely make a huge difference and may be necessary to even drive it.

This is my every-other-day-daily driver and don't want to get too crazy. I want to make it run more efficiently with the few mods it will have and drive it around town. I plan on having it tuned for 92 pump gas and probably won't mess with the tune unless its easy (and cheap) to switch back to my preferred tune.

So what do I need? I want basic and affordable. I don't want a turbo or H22.

you simply need a standard tuneable ecu. which brand/type will depend on what your tuner suggests, and price varies largely depending on which ecu you get.
The best advice I can give is find a good honda tuner in your area, ask them which system they prefer, and ask for pricing on buying it, and pricing on their tuning fees
