Default Priming the oil on a B18 Engine

I have a 1999 acura integra gs with the honda B18 engine in it. The car has been sitting in a temperature controlled garage for 6.5 yrs without being run. What is the best way to get the engine oil primed before firing it up? On my SB Chevy I did the same thing which required removing the distributor and using a oil priming tool connected to a drill to circulate the oil. But I don't believe that is possible on the B18 engine. Any tips will helps!

Un plug relay or ECU and crank like normal. Would be worthwhile to pour a table spoon or so of oil into each cylinder via each spark plug hole before hand just to make sure the rings/cylinder walls get oil before it's cranked (would turn over by hand a few times as well before cranking with the key).
