Hey so let me start off by saying im kind of new to mechanics i just recently started school for it so take it easy on the rude comments plz. So i have a 91 crx hf when i am in second and third gear my car starts jumping like when you start it on first and timing is wrong and car jumps like it wants to stall. Well it does that when im going 40-60 so i just push in clutch and let it catch again. Any ideas?

 

The HF is geared really high and 20mph is a huge difference in RPM. What RPM does the problem start at in what gear in what conditions (level ground, slight uphill, steep grade, throttle position, etc).
